The Trifecta Bowl Blank Kit

The Trifecta Bowl, made famous by Jake of Mind2Made in his youtube video (see our Videos page) was made using a custom set of Frogwood partial panels. You can now purchase a kit of four 6" x 6" x 1.5", and three 7" x 7" x 1" blocks and create your own 7" x 7" x 7" complex cube for turning either corner-to-corner like Jake, or as a regular bowl with a pleasing combination of colors and assymetric shapes.
Please note that turning corner-to-corner is a very advanced and potentially hazardous technique, we do not recommend it for anyone
The full kit contains approximately 11lb (5kg) of wood. The first two accent pieces will need to be trimmed to size, giving useable offcuts (bear in mind the grain when placing and trimming - cross grain offcuts are considerably weaker).
The 3D cube widget has only approximate colors, please see our photographs for each of the named colors, and remember that a little wax or polish makes them POP!

Follow good gluing practices. Lightly sand surfaces before gluing. Surfaces should be clean, dry, flat, and dust-free. Allow sufficient time for the glue to cure. Titebond III is our recommended glue brand for gluing up Frogwood.

Frogwood Lead Times
We maintain stock of our standard cut sizes in all of our standard colors. In-stock orders will ship in 1 to 5 days.
We also keep our standard colors in stock in the form of panels ready to be cut to size. In the event that we are completely sold out of a color, the lead time may be up to six weeks.
